| Storyteller,
also known as Matthijs Breijer,
stumbled into the world of
progressive with his first
track, "Book of Fairytales,"
in 2004. His friends at the
Cellection Radio show promoted
this track and it got some
very good responses from various
DJs. It was a dream come true
for Matthijs, who set his
sights on becoming a respected
artist in the music industry.
In 2005,
Matthijs took a big step toward
that goal with releases on
Pangea Recordings and Only
Records, culminating in the
Toes in the Sand release of
"Polar White," a
blistering progressive monster
that received plays on Ministry
of Sound Radio, TopRadio Belgium,
and by DJs across the world
including Robert Oleysyck,
DJ Tarkan, Onirika, and more.
He soon
followed "Polar White"
with a remix of Riko's "Tokyo,"
also on Toes in the Sand,
which won him further radio
play and caught the ears of
even more DJs blown away by
this newcomer. At only 21
years old, Storyteller is
just getting started.
